JUICEPLUS 10K DAWN RUN /WALK

JUNE 22ND 2013 @ 6AM.

 Now in its third year,the Juice Plus 10k Dawn run / walk will take place at 6am in Carrrick on Shannon on June 22nd 2013.

All details on www.runireland.ie. The route is similar to last year with the starting point on the Castlecarrow Road (beside the Aldi store Dublin Rd.). Register on the morning from 5am (€10 entry fee.) Walkers, Joggers and Runners all welcome.

Licence approved by AA Ireland.

In addition to prizes for the winning male and female participants, there lots of spot prizes. This early morning event has become very popular so come along and experience the fun for yourself. Lets have 400 participants in this Carrick 400 early morning event. Proceeds from the event in aid of Leitrim Ladies GFA.
