It is with great sadness that Coiste Chontae Liatroma has learned of the death of Berney Crossan of Ballinamore and Longford.
Berney a former Leitrim Senior County Championship winner with Sean OHeslins Ballinamore was a lifelong Leitrim supporter and very generous sponsor over the years.
Sincere sympathy to his wife Ann, family and extended family. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal.
Death Notice
Formerly of Ardrum, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim. Sadly missed by his loving family, wife Ann, children Paul, Brían, Jimmy, Joan (Sharkey), Enda, Seán, Noel, Áine and Derry, brother Jim, sisters Mary, Bríd and Noreen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his residence this Monday from 7pm until 5pm on Tuesday with family time thereafter. Removal on Tuesday to arrive at St. Marys Church, Newtownforbes at 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 11am, interment afterwards in Newtownforbes Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Longford Lions Club, c/o Glennon Funeral Directors.
