AS PER SPECIAL CONGRESS MOTION THIS MUST BE ORGANISED ON A BLITZ FORMAT.
Top Team in each section qualifies for the final
Second Place Team in each section qualifies for Shield Final
Scóring difference shall apply for position.
Each county must submit their panel of players prior to the First Round and Players may not be switched from one panel to the other.
We most actively encourage all team managements to give all players an opportunity to play.
