Fenagh St Caillin’s GAA Club Notes 27/02/2018

Results – there were mixed results again in the double header played in Pairc Sean O’Laodain on Saturday last. In the first game our u13’s fought back in the second half to overcome Kiltubrid by 5-09 to 4-02. In the second game our u17’s showed great improvement from their first league outing but fell just short losing to Allen Gaels by a point, 1-11 to 3-06. It was great to see a nice crowd in the park on such a cold morning but thankfully they were able to enjoy a cup of hot tea/coffee and a cup of Marie’s lovely soup. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

Fixtures for the weekend – on Saturday next our u17’s travel to take on Leitrim Gaels with a 12pm start. On Sunday our u13’s are away to Drumkeeran also at 12pm. Saturday afternoon next sees the commencement of the adult leagues. Our Div 3 team host Allen Gaels in Pairc Sean O’Laodain at 4.30pm. All these games going ahead will depend on the weather not turning out as bad as predicted.
