Kevin Keane Player of the Year Awards – Congratulations to Shane Beirne who received the Senior Player of the Year Award for 2017 at a function in Conway’s last Saturday night. Well done also to Oisin Dolan who was awarded the Junior Player of the Year 2017. Both lads are very deserving winners.

Swan Bar Division 3 – The league now kicks off this weekend when we play Glenfarne at home. Please check fixtures for exact details. Best of luck to all concerned.

Newtowngore Engineering U-17 League – The U-17’s match against St. Marys was postponed due to the weather. We have a bye this weekend.

Barna Recycling U-13 League – The U-13’s game against Annaduff fell by the wayside at the weekend and we now play Kiltubrid at home on Sunday at 12noon. Best of luck to Cyril, Kenneth, Richard & the lads.

St. Francis Ladies – Best of luck to the ladies whose league campaign is due to kick off this weekend. No details of the fixture to hand but best wishes to Paul, Gareth & the team.

Mothers and Others:  Gaelic Football training resumes on Wednesday 14th of March in The Mayflower at 8pm. Anyone with an interest in learning new skills or those who may have played previously are welcome to join. It’s a great opportunity to get fit, have fun and make new friends! All are welcome.

Club Membership: Club membership is now overdue. If you still have not paid please contact  registrar, Neil Nolan or any club officer immediately.

25 Card Drive: Allen Gaels 25 Card Game continues every  Sunday evening in Aras Phadraig at 8:30pm. Refreshments served. All welcome.

Leitrim Supporters Club Draw: A final reminder that the big draw takes place on Saturday night. First prize is €5,000 and it also includes a trip to New York valued at €3,000. There are still a number of tickets available from club officers.

Lotto: There was no winner of the lotto jackpot & the numbers drawn were 01-06-20-24. The 5 prize winners of €20 each were: Eadaoin Lee, Drumcong; Blake Smith, Drumkeeran; Teresa Cornyn, Dowra; Aoife McKenna, Drumkeeran and Cara Syndicate, Drumshanbo. The jackpot now stands at €3,400.

Club Meeting: There is a club meeting this Saturday evening at 8pm in the clubhouse. All members welcome to attend.
