Annaduff GAA Club Notes 28/05/2018

New Baby – Annaduff GAA would like to congratulate Chris & Fiona Farrell on the birth of their Daughter named Emma. And of course cant forget her big brother Darragh will be there to help out.

Attention Ladies – Calling all Ladies from Dromod to Drumsna and beyond, Gaelic for Mothers and Others has now resumed on Wednesdays at 8pm in Pairc Ui Choilig Annaduff. This is open to all, no previous skills necessary, all makes, shapes and ages are welcome. Why not come along on Wednesday next, and if you like what you see, join us.

The Swan Bar D3 League – Our Juniors were home to Eslin on sunday last. The Eslin men are top of D3 and they continued their winning ways in Annaduff finishing out full time score: Annaduff 1-10 Eslin 4-15.

Clothes collection – That time of year again folks the club is doing a clothing collection on Saturday next the 2nd of June. Now is your chance for some spring/summer cleaning.
All types of clothes, shoes, old bags, belts, curtains, bed linen etc. Cant take duvets or pillows. Your support is very much appreciated contact Niall Lyons 087 9852113 or Denny Dockery 087 9007217 We will take them at annaduff Gaa Club house on Saturday morning from 10-11am or phone for collection.

Annaduff National School – Best of luck to the boys team as they play the GaelScoil Carrick on Shannon in the Division 1 schools final on Wednesday at 8pm in Parc Sean.
Enrolment for junior infants for Annaduff National School 2018/19 is now taking place please call to the School or phone 071 9624416 to request an enrolment form. Don’t forget there is now also a new bus service going from the Dromod end of the Parish.

Westlink Coaches U15s League – Our U15s were unfortunate to lose out for a spot in the League final when they lost by 1 point to St Brigids on Thursday last in Aughnasheelin. No doubt they are a great bunch of lads and will be ready in September to give the Championship a good run !!

2018 Kelloggs summer camp: –This year’s Annaduff Kelloggs summer camp will take place July 9-13th You can register on line from now

New Business Venture: Annaduff GAA, the residents of Dromod and Annaduff parish, would like to wish Angela Neary the very best of luck in her new venture. Angela who lives in the village of Dromod and who helps out with the underage boys whilst also taking part in the mothers & others in the club. Lotto: The Annaduff Parish & GAA lotto draw takes place in Taylors bar Drumsna on Sunday next the 3rd of June so please get your tickets in and thank you for your continued support.
Fixtures – Annaduff National School V Gaelscoil D1 Final on Wednesday at 8pm. Division 2 League away to Cloone on Saturday next the 2nd June at 7pm.
