Lotto – There was no winner of this week’s lotto jackpot of €5100 with the numbers 17-19-24-26 drawn out. The 5 winners of €20 are Linda Kielty; Ballinaglaera, Berna Gibbons; Keadue, Ray Beirne; Drumshanbo, Thomas & Sorcha Mongan; Co. Louth & Margaret & Mary Keenan; Carrick on Shannon. Next weeks jackpot now stands at €5200. Thank you again for all your support.

St. Francis Ladies – The ladies would like to thank Joe Gunning from Conway’s Corner House & Drumshanbo Taxis for sponsoring the girls with a lovely set of training tops.

Tony McGowan Run – The 7th Annual Tony McGowan Run took place on Sunday with a huge turnout. Well done to Drumshanbo Athletic Club on organising a great event.

Barna Recycling U-13 League – Hard luck to the u-13 lads who lost out by 2 points in their league opener against Mac Diarmada Gaels in Ballinamore last Saturday morning.

Newtowngore Engineering U-17 League – Hard luck to the u-17 lads who lost to St. Josephs in their league opener on Sunday morning last.

25 Card Drive – The card game continues in Aras Padraig every Sunday night at 8:30pm. All welcome.

Leitrim – Best of luck to Diarmaid, Kevin & Alan and all the Leitrim team and management who travel to Kilmallock to take on Limerick this Saturday at 3pm in the 4th round of the league. Hopefully, they can keep the winning feeling and promotion dream alive in another huge game.

Race Night – A big thank you to Noel McPartland & Berry’s Tavern who also gave generous sponsorship towards our recent race night.

Dinner Dance – Allen Gaels GAA will be hosting a dinner dance to celebrate the success we had in 2018. It will be held in the Lough Allen Hotel, Drumshanbo on the 17th of March. The senior team will be receiving their Dunnes Bar division 2 league medals on the night. Special guest & music by Late Night Radio on the night and more details will follow in due course.

Sympathy – The club sends its deepest sympathies to the family & friends of John Morrison, Shane McCrann, Anthony Cull & Pat Collum who all passed away last week, may they all Rest in Peace.
