Leitrim GAA, at its Management Committee meeting tonight, approved the appointment of Mickey Graham to its Senior Team Management. The Cavan native will replace Mike Solan as Assistant Manager to Andy Moran for the 2024 campaign. Leitrim GAA is delighted to welcome Mickey aboard and we look forward to his contribution to the football management team.

The other additions to the management team for 2024 are Mayo native Darragh Finn as lead Strength and Conditioning Coach, Martin Garvey, and also a Mayo native as Team Doctor.

Leitrim GAA would like to acknowledge and thank former Assistant Manager Mike Solan, former S & C Coach Daithi McCabe, and former Team Doctor Alan Loftus,  for the excellence of their contributions over the past two years to the Management Team. Due to a bereavement, the Smith Monumentals IFC Quarter Final, due to be played at Avant Money Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada at 6pm this evening has been postponed.

Entry Tickets for this evening’s Annaduff v Ballinaglera Quarter Final have now been repriced at €10. A refund of €5 will be made available ASAP to all patrons who have already purchased at the original price of €15.

Note that any Livestream Pass purchased for the original fixture will be valid for the refixture.

2023 Connacht Gold Senior Football Championship Ticket Information
As we have reached the knock-out stages of the Connacht Gold Senior Football Championship, including the relegation series, it is important to note that admission for the remaining games will be by ticket only, in line with what was in operation for the concluding stages of last year’s competitions.  The same procedure will apply at the knockout stages of the Smith Monumentals and Vistamed JFCA knockout matches.
Tickets for General Admission will be priced at €15 each for next weekend’s SFC games (Quarter Finals) with no concessions for Students/OAPs.   Under 16s will be admitted FOC.

It is imperative to note that admission will be by pre-purchased ticket only.

The Connacht Gold SFC group stages have ended and we enter the knockout stage of the competition.   The championship moves to Avant Money Páirc Seán MacDiarmada and with that the Livestreams begin.  Early in the week we will announce the opening of the livestream system plus details of the streaming packages and also our official livestream sponsor.  Ticketing arrangements for entry to the games in Avant Money Páirc Seán MacDiarmada will also be announced later this week.

The 2023 Connacht GAA Play & Stay days took place in Croke park on Monday and Tuesday last. Six clubs from Leitrim took part, Allen Gaels, Aughnasheelin, Garadice Gaels, Glencar Manorhamilton, Glenfarne and St. Mary’s. We hope that all the players, coaches and family members had a very enjoyable day. A word of thanks to Connacht GAA for organising the event, to the staff in Croke park and to Leitrim GAA GDA’s Cormac Haslam and James Mitchell for helping with the running of the games on both days.
