Galway convincing winners in U21 Championship

Galway ran out convincing winners in a game that Leitrim were chasing from the throw-in. Galways pace and dominance in midfield were the main factors in this rescheduled Championship encounter in Duggan Park, Ballinasloe.

From the off Galway applied the pressure and led 0-3 to 0-2 after 10 minutes. Leitrims goalie Conor Daly had his part to play with 3 excellent saves in the first half.
