Aughawillan Lights Up – The GAA, in conjunction with Operation Transformation, aim to promote exercise in the safe environment of the local GAA pitch. This year, Aughawillan are taking part in the ‘Ireland Lights Up’ programme, by turning on the lights at the football field, every Tuesday from 7 until 9, for the next five weeks (January 15th until February 19th). We hope this encourages lots of members of the community to come out and stretch the legs after a long winter. Christmas Poker Classic – Aughawillan GAA will be holding their annual Christmas Poker Classic on Thursday 28th December in the Ballymac Inn. €20 entry fee, €5 buy back. Registration at 9.30pm sharp and refreshments will be served on the night. All welcome to what’s sure to be a great night of 5 card poker.

AGM – The annual AGM will take place on Sunday 30th December. We encourage as many people as possible to attend and new members are always welcome!

Annual Christmas Draw – The annual Aughawillan Christmas Draw will be held in the Viking Lounge on Saturday 5th January. There’s a total of 15 prizes to be won on the night, including a top prize of €5,000. Tickets are €20 or 3 for €50 & we ask that if possible to please support the draw.
