Leitrim Gaels GAA Club Notes 30/07/2018

Championship – The intermediate championship started their championship campaign at the weekend with a win against Aughavas 2-20 to 0-07. The team next game is Ballinaglera this Friday evening at 8:30pm in Cloone. Please come out and support the team in hopefully earning a second win.

Under 17 Championship – The under 17 team play Drumkerran on Monday evening at home in Leitrim at 7:30pm..

Monster Draw – Tickets are still on sale for our monster draw. With prizes of a Bathroom/kitchen fit out worth €2500, €500 holiday voucher, overnight stay in the Lough Erne resort, All Ireland and Rugby tickets, and numerous other cash prizes. Tickets are €10 each or 3 for €20. Tickets can be purchased from any Senior Player, Manager, and Committee member or from the club website http://www.leitrimgaels.com/2018/leitrim-gaels-monster-draw/ . Tickets will be available to buy this weekend at underage training on Friday evening and after mass on Sunday in Leitrim.

Sympathy – The wishes to express their deepest sypmpathy to the family and friends of former Gaels player James Gilchrist. James was part of the first Leitrim Gaels team in 1997 and represented the club in Scor. Ar Dheis go raibh a anam.
